The team is expanding its BizDev ASO division and is looking for a specialist who can identify new opportunities, expand the partner network, and turn agreements into profit.

Вимоги
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within ASO teams
- Understanding of the specifics of iOS and Android, differences in algorithms, promotion mechanics, and key metrics
- Experience in finding partners, conducting negotiations, and managing partner relationships
- Understanding of key traffic metrics: CR, Retention, ROI, LTV
- Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and BI tools.
Обов'язки
- Analyze the market, identify growth opportunities, and launch new campaigns to grow the ASO channel
- Seek out and onboard new partners, and develop long-term relationships with existing ones
- Allocate traffic across offers with a focus on increasing margins
- Work with spreadsheets and BI systems to monitor traffic quality and process efficiency.
