We are currently looking for a Finance Manager who will help maintain financial order and serve as a reliable pillar of support for the team and the company’s finance department.

Вимоги
- At least 1 year of experience in the role of Finance Manager, Finance Assistant, Payroll Specialist, or a related position.
- Practical experience working with 1C.
- Attention to detail and a high level of responsibility.
- Proactive attitude and a desire to improve processes.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks.
- Experience in traffic arbitrage and affiliate marketing is a plus.
- Experience with QuickBooks is a plus.

- Processing, calculating, and paying salaries and bonuses.
- Maintaining employee records.
- Processing and tracking vacation time.
- Supporting employee onboarding and termination processes.
- Processing routine payments (disbursements, multiple currencies, a wide range of payment systems, cryptocurrency, and international payments).
- Communicating with internal teams regarding financial matters.
- Gradual integration into additional financial processes under the guidance of the Financier.
