Create a transparent financial model for the group of companies, implement management accounting, and ensure that owners can see the actual performance of each business segment. Prepare the group of companies for the potential attraction of investment or the sale of individual businesses.

We are an in-house hiring team that operates like a boutique recruiting agency: we help businesses find top talent quickly, accurately, and without unnecessary red tape. We fill positions in the fields of digital, marketing, IT, sales, operations, and management.
We are a group of companies in the digital sector. Currently, the group includes several established businesses and a number of new products in the active growth phase. Our total staff exceeds 200 people. We are looking for a strong Head of Finance who can not only manage financial accounting but also build the group’s financial system practically from scratch.
Вимоги
- Experience building a management accounting system from scratch.
- At least 3 years of experience as a CFO, Finance Director, or Head of Finance.
- Experience working in IT, affiliate marketing, iGaming, SaaS, digital, or technology companies.
- Experience working with multiple legal entities or a group of companies.
- Understanding of cost allocation, transfer pricing, and unit economics.
- Ability to build financial models and forecasts.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Experience implementing ERP, BI, or financial systems would be a major plus.

- Develop a management accounting system for the group of companies.
- Track unit economics.
- Implement P&L, cash flow, and budgets for each business unit.
- Create consolidated financial statements for the group of companies.
- Set up financial planning and forecasting.
- Implement a system of cost centers.
- Develop a model for allocating shared expenses among the group’s companies.
- Organize accounting for internal service departments (HR, Payments, Finance, Recruiting, Legal, etc.).
- Implement a transparent system for tracking investments in new products and startups.
- Develop a system for controlling expenses and financial limits.
- Automate financial reporting and dashboards for owners.
- Prepare the group of companies for a potential investment round or the sale of individual businesses.
