Coordinate complex corporate digital transformation projects, align business and technology stakeholders, and develop large-scale digital solutions to enhance collaboration, automation, and operational efficiency within the company. Work remotely from Ukraine as part of Sigma Software’s IT Solutions Department, implementing AI-driven approaches and improving enterprise processes.

Вимоги
- At least 4 years of commercial experience in project or product management
- In-depth understanding of project management methodologies and delivery mechanisms
- Proven experience managing cross-functional or organizational transformation initiatives
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong leadership, facilitation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in enterprise environments with a large number of stakeholders and concurrent initiatives
- Risk management and prioritization skills
- Understanding of modern technologies, approaches to system integration, and automation
- Experience collaborating with technical teams and managing IT projects
- Understanding of AI capabilities and willingness to integrate AI into workflows
- Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher

- Plan, manage, and oversee project execution, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
- Manage the full lifecycle of projects using relevant delivery methodologies and best practices
- Lead cross-functional initiatives involving various business units and internal teams
- Align project goals, scope, and expected outcomes among business and technology stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and AI implementation
- Proactively manage project risks, dependencies, and issues
- Ensure transparent communication and reporting to stakeholders
- Monitor KPIs and delivery metrics and initiate corrective actions as needed
- Maintain structured project documentation using modern approaches with the help of AI
- Support delivery teams in resource planning, adaptation, and collaboration
- Promote best practices in project management and foster continuous process improvement
- Be a trusted partner to internal stakeholders and propose valuable initiatives

- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid delivery approaches
- Experience with AI-powered project management tools
- PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or Scrum certifications
- Experience working with international or distributed teams
