Mine Marketing is a fast-growing performance marketing company and a direct partner of Google and Meta. We manage our own RSOC feed and have a fully developed in-house automation system for scaling and optimization, so that media buyers can focus on strategy and results. In addition to RSOC, we also run other media buying activities and are expanding into e-commerce and lead generation. We’re looking for experienced Senior Media Buyers to launch and scale profitable campaigns across various channels and verticals. You’ll work with in-house tools and have partner-level access, with the freedom to test new channels and ideas and influence business growth.

Вимоги
- Experience as a media buyer or performance marketer, preferably with AFD/RSOC traffic
- Hands-on experience working with Google Ads and Meta Ads at scale (minimum $5k daily budget)
- Strong analytical skills and confidence in managing large budgets and performance metrics
- Understanding of key KPIs: ROI, ROAS, CPA, EPC, and RPC
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of results
- Good communication skills in English

- Plan, launch, manage, and scale paid campaigns on Google and Meta with a focus on RSOC
- Develop and test new campaign strategies, audiences, creatives, and approaches
- Use an internal automation system to scale and optimize effectively
- Monitor metrics daily and make data-driven decisions to maximize ROI
- Expand activities in e-commerce and lead generation as they grow
- Analyze trends, report on results, and share insights with the team
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical, creative, analytics) to improve processes and tools
