As a Talent Marketing Manager, you’ll be the creative force behind generating a steady stream of top candidates for Solidgate. The goal is to transform talent marketing into a measurable mechanism that fuels the recruiting team through campaigns, content, communities, events, employee advocacy, and referral programs. This is a new team with plenty of room for experimentation, and the role is designed for someone who is ready to create, test, and continuously refine approaches.

Вимоги
- Experience in talent marketing, employer branding, or marketing/communications, and a high level of motivation.
- Ability to write copy and create campaigns that capture attention, generate clicks, and drive engagement.
- Fluency in Ukrainian and English (Upper-Intermediate+) and the ability to adjust tone from informal to formal.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and collaborating with various teams.
- A knack for spotting trends, quickly testing new ideas, and adapting campaigns.
- Curiosity about culture, marketing, and communities, and the ability to notice connections that others overlook.
