You are specifically responsible for paid promotion and promotional materials. This involves independently using the materials received by our content manager and adapting them for specific channels and audiences.

WorkflowPros — a proprietary CRM system for home services companies in the U.S. and Canada. We are looking for a specialist who can promote the product through paid channels: launch campaigns, create ad copy and creative assets, test hypotheses, and improve results.
Вимоги
- Practical experience launching and optimizing paid advertising.
- Experience working with ad copy and creative assets for various channels.
- Ability to evaluate campaigns based on business results, not just reach.
- Proficiency in using advertising analytics and A/B testing.
- English proficiency sufficient to independently write ad copy for the U.S. and Canadian markets.
- Examples of campaigns, including an explanation of your specific role and the results achieved.

- Launch and optimize advertising campaigns on relevant search and social media channels.
- Write English-language ad copy, headlines, and calls to action.
- Create ad creatives independently or coordinate their production: static images, videos, and animations.
- Adapt website content, articles, and case studies for advertising and social media platforms.
- Conduct A/B tests on copy, visuals, audiences, and formats.
- Set up and optimize remarketing campaigns.
- Analyze results and draw clear conclusions: what worked, what needs to be changed, and why.
