We are looking for a Senior SMM Specialist to build an SMM strategy from scratch for a B2B product in the U.S. market. The role involves developing and refining an SMM strategy, creating English-language content, producing videos and images using AI tools, analyzing performance metrics, and scaling advertising campaigns on Meta. You’ll work in a small team with significant influence on strategy, and the position is fully remote.

The platform connects carriers, brokers, and dispatchers with a network of independent warehouses and cross-dock facilities—digitizing bookings, statuses, photo documentation, and payments. We operate on an asset-light model: we don’t build warehouses or buy trucks—we transition existing order flows from phone calls and Excel spreadsheets to a digital platform.
Вимоги
- 3+ years of experience in SMM, preferably in B2B or complex products
- You know how to run ads on Meta, analyze metrics, and draw conclusions
- You write clearly and concisely—without bureaucratic jargon or corporate slang
- Upper-Intermediate+ English (all content is in English)
- You understand the specifics of the U.S. market: audience, tone of voice, and communication culture

- Generating images in Nano Banana—creating visuals based on text descriptions, editing, and styling to match the brand
- Generating videos using Kling based on pre-made templates
- Basic work in Canva and Figma
- Creating simple carousels
- Adapting templates and preparing materials for publication
- Analyzing content performance
- Preparing monthly reports
- Working with key SMM metrics
- Identifying growth opportunities
- Managing channels: LinkedIn, Facebook/Meta, Google Business Profile, YouTube
- coordinating the blog and SEO
