We’re looking for a Google Ads Demand Gen Specialist to scale Google Ads campaigns with a focus on demand generation, video content creation, performance analysis, and developing user engagement strategies.

Вимоги
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
- Recent hands-on experience with demand generation campaigns within the past year.
- A deep understanding of video-first approaches to advertising, particularly for YouTube and demand generation campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads metrics, attribution models, and performance analysis.
- Experience with the creative aspects of performance marketing campaigns and scaling acquisition strategies.
- Intermediate level of English or higher.
- Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and data-driven decision-making.
- Results-oriented with a strong business and performance focus.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and take the initiative on projects.

- Execution, management, and optimization of large-scale advertising campaigns on Google Ads, with a particular focus on demand generation campaigns.
- Collaborating on video creatives for YouTube and Demand Gen campaigns, including analyzing creative performance, generating hypotheses, and testing creatives.
- Conducting in-depth research on keywords, audiences, competitors, and creatives to identify growth opportunities.
- Analyzing campaign and creative performance, identifying trends, and proactively implementing data-driven improvements.
- Managing campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and performance optimization to maximize ROI and business impact.
- Preparing clear briefs and collaborating with motion designers and creative teams to create highly effective ad creatives.
- Developing and implementing effective user acquisition strategies focused on performance and scalability.
