We are looking for a visual designer to join a small creative team to create visual content that brings stories to life. You’ll work with 2D environments, backgrounds, props, user interfaces, and materials, combining traditional design skills with artificial intelligence. You’ll work closely with the design lead, producer, and animation team to create high-quality visuals that match the style of each project. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented designer who can work independently, adapt to various creative needs, and turn ideas into finished assets.

Вимоги
- Strong skills in 2D design and image creation, with a good understanding of composition, lighting, color, and typography
- Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator
- Hands-on experience with AI image-generation tools (e.g., Midjourney, ChatGPT, Nano Banana, Seedance, or similar)
- Strong prompt-writing skills and the ability to guide AI tools toward a specific visual direction
- Ability to think in 3D space and design environments, props, and visual assets that adhere to a consistent style
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Independence, a sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and proactive communication
- Ability to work in a team and thrive in a dynamic, creative environment
Обов'язки
- Create and expand 2D environments, backgrounds, props, illustrations, and other visual assets
- Combine original sketches, AI-generated images, and manual editing to create high-quality visuals
- Refine compositions, lighting, colors, and visual details to achieve the desired look
- Maintain visual consistency across materials and ensure adherence to each project’s established style
- Create designs that work within a larger context and can be adapted for different platforms
- Share work during the execution phase, gather feedback at key stages, and incorporate it into the final result
- Collaborate with designers, animators, and the producer to create visual assets that support the narrative
