We’re looking for an Accountant who will take ownership of supporting our Polish JDG/B2B contractors and ensure smooth, compliant financial operations. Вимоги
- Proven experience in accounting, preferably within an IT company or a business working with B2B contractors.
- Hands-on experience supporting sole proprietorships (JDG) or B2B contractors.
- Strong understanding of the Polish JDG/B2B model, including accounting, taxation, and compliance requirements, will be a strong advantage.
- Upper-Intermediate level of English and Polish.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets skills and experience working with financial reporting.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to independently solve problems and improve existing processes
Обов'язки
- Own the end-to-end accounting support for approximately 40 Polish JDG/B2B contractors, ensuring timely payments, accurate documentation, invoices, service acceptance reports, and compliance with Polish legal and tax requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors on financial and accounting matters, ensuring all required documentation is collected and processed on time.
- Monitor payment schedules, document flow, and compliance with internal processes and statutory deadlines.
- Prepare financial reports, analyses, and ad hoc information requested by management.
- Support day-to-day financial operations and contribute to improving internal financial processes.
- Collaborate with banks, external accounting providers, and financial consultants.
- Partner closely with the Legal team to ensure compliance with Polish regulations and stay aligned with legislative changes affecting JDG/B2B contractors.
- Identify opportunities to optimize and automate financial workflows.
