What is important for us:

* Experience in the position of Affiliate manager from the 1st year of experience (in the field of i-Gaming);
* Experience in expanding the partner base;
* Knowledge of the main sources and specifics of various types of traffic and their effectiveness;
* Experience with level 2-3;
* Knowledge of various pricing models (CPA, CPL, RevShare, Hybrid);
* Understanding how ROAS, ROI is correctly calculated and analyzed;
* Monitoring and analysis of affiliate market trends;
* Oral and written communication skills;
* Focus on results, a systematic approach to tasks;
* Ability to make decisions independently;
* Hands-on experience in multitasking mode;
* English proficiency level B2+;
* Responsibility, stress tolerance, purposefulness, initiative.

Responsibilities:

✓ Search for and attract direct affiliates;
✓ Conclusion of profitable deals;
✓ Improving the conditions of cooperation with partners;
✓ Updating offers (for clients);
✓ Preparation and execution of a sales plan for the next month;
✓ Tracking the flow of traffic, its profitability and indicators;
✓ Keeping records of transactions;
✓ Accounting of mutual settlements;
✓ Traffic quality control.
