Target positions:

Build a customer support team, and motivate and inspire employees to achieve their goals. To organize high-quality and fast support of network partners, the provision of services aimed at the development of channels with a constant improvement in the quality of services provided.

We are looking for a specialist who will:

• Analyze requests from partners, the reasons for their occurrence, and initiate actions to resolve these requests.
• Perform quality control of the team’s work and provide support to partners.
• Provide feedback to the team on their work.
• Follow innovations in the line of products and services of the company to study and understand the specifics of the operation of these products and services in order to timely inform the team about such changes in the company’s products.
• Carry out timely disconnection of partners from the product ecosystem.
• To ensure a high percentage of retention of partners in the company’s network.
• Be a mentor and motivate your team.
• Create and improve the main processes of one’s field.
• Work with reporting on the results of the team’s work.
• Create a motivation system for your own team.
• Execute quarterly OKRs and yearly goals set for the team.

What skills are we looking for?

• Ability to be client-oriented and able to motivate the team to be client-oriented.
• Good communication skills and ability to build trusting relationships with clients, team, and colleagues.
• Experience in planning and organizing teamwork, skills in control, motivation, and evaluation of team results.
• Experience and skills in analysis, and analytical mindset.
• At a high level of knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of English at a level no lower than Upper-Intermediate

It will be a plus: 

• Experience with Saas/media/IT products.
• Experience in communication with foreign clients (USA, Canada, and other countries of the world).
