Job Description:
As a vital member of our expanding Customer Support Team at Simple.app, you will play a key role in ensuring our users have a seamless and successful experience with our app. Your primary responsibilities will include addressing customer support tickets with care and efficiency, collaborating with internal teams to refine and enrich our knowledge base, and contributing to continuously improving our user support processes.
We are committed to enhancing our first-response success rate, and your expertise will be instrumental in providing users with timely, accurate, and relevant information. Responsibilities:
- Promptly handle customer inquiries across various channels, including chat, email, and other communication platforms.
- Provide expert guidance and support on the company’s products and services.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the next level of support as needed.
- Ensure a consistently high level of customer service aligned with company standards and best practices.
- Conduct proactive outbound communication with customers to address their needs and enhance their experience.
- Moderately maintain a positive, engaging environment in Telegram chat groups.
- Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical users, ensuring clarity and understanding.
- Leverage customer support software and tools (e.g., Intercom) for ticket management and communication.
- Prioritize and multitask efficiently to manage workload in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Take a proactive approach to professional growth by embracing new challenges and learning opportunities.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer support role.
- Familiarity with blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and the use of digital wallets.
- Experience leveraging AI tools to improve user support processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Ukrainian and English.
- Previous experience in a web3 user support role is highly preferred.
- Willingness to work in a shift-based schedule.
What We Offer:
- Full-time, fully remote work with no location restriction.
- Shift-based work schedule: 12-hour shifts, 2 days on / 2 days off.
- Rotating day and night shifts.
