We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive our marketing initiatives and ultimately boost our sales. Stepping into a leadership role at P2H opens doors for advancement, with the potential to progress to Marketing Director. You’ll have the opportunity to assemble your own team and collaborate with a talented pool of contractors, including PPC specialists, SEO experts, copywriters, and marketing researchers.

Together, let’s drive sales and elevate the promotion of our software services across the USA, with you as our Senior Digital Marketing Manager!

What You’ll Do

  • Develop Strategic Marketing Plans: You’ll craft comprehensive digital marketing strategies that not only align with our business goals but also significantly enhance our presence in the US market.
  • Create and Promote Across Various Platforms: Take charge of creating compelling content and campaigns for our website, optimize our social media presence, and ensure our visibility in relevant business directories.
  • Deep Dive into Research: Your thorough research will help us stay ahead by understanding market trends, competitor moves, and customer needs.
  • Lead and Inspire: As a leader, you’ll build and manage a team of marketing professionals, steering collaborative efforts with sales, technical teams, and C-level to ensure better brand visibility and sales revenue increase.
  • Discover and Connect: Expect to chat regularly to connect with remote teams, attend pivotal industry events, both online and offline, and engage directly with some of our clients and advisors to ensure our marketing efforts are perfectly aligned with market demands.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Someone with a solid background in digital marketing, especially in social media (LinkedIn) and ABM, SEO/SEM, content strategy and email campaigns.
  • Someone with a proven track record in working with both private and public sectors in the US and other markets. Experience in these sectors—even in non-target markets—would be highly advantageous.
  • A strategic thinker who’s adept at utilizing marketing automation tools and data analytics to drive decision-making and enhance customer engagement.
  • A leader, ready to guide a team and potentially grow into the role of Marketing Director.
  • You must be an excellent communicator in English, at a C1 level.

Recruitment Process

  • Online interview with a recruiter — 30 minutes
  • Online interview with Head of Growth and Strategic adviser to marketing — up to 1-1.5 hours.
  • A little test task — may take up to 30 minutes.
