About the Role:

We’re looking for a proactive assistant, who is passionate about personal growth, enjoys expanding their knowledge, and brings kindness, foresight, and a positive mindset to their work.

You will be working closely with Darya, a Mindset, Vision Design and Somatic Coach, facilitator, speaker, and the creator of the Vision Cardio methodology. Darya collaborates with business leaders, visionaries, and disruptive thinkers to help them design the next chapter of their business or personal life with creativity, intention, and massive impact. Her unique approach blends neuroscience, positive psychology, behavioral science, NLP, mindfulness, and meditation, making deep transformation both accessible and fun.

*This is a full-time role, but we believe in setting both parties up for success. To ensure a great fit, we are starting with a part-time trial period (approximately 3 months), after which the role will transition into full-time. This approach allows us to build a strong working relationship while ensuring alignment in expectations and workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a strategic thinking partner and soundboard
• Oversee daily operations, planning, and organization
• Manage scheduling, client coordination, and administrative tasks
• Track and execute projects efficiently
• Write and schedule social media content
• Assist with branding, marketing, and document formatting
• Maintain business files, CRM, and optimize workflows
• Support event planning, partnerships, and speaking engagements
• (Bonus) Edit audio and video content for meditations and activations

Preferred Skills:

• Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
• Operations, project management, or executive assistance experience
• Strong writing and social media skills
• Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude)
• Basic design (Canva) & content creation
• CRM & workflow management experience
• (Bonus) Sound & video editing skills
