Developing the Affiliate division at Gerchik & Co: seeking Head of Affiliate (Remote)

Gerchik & Co has been on the market for 11 years. We have grown from a local project to an international broker, building our business on the principles of transparency and professional trading. Our current focus is on systematic scaling in new markets, and for this task we need a mature affiliate marketing leader.

This role is for a specialist who knows how to build long-term relationships with partners and is ready to take responsibility for the entire cycle of attracting traffic in a sustainable and regulated business.

What you will be doing:

— Formulate and implement a strategy for developing the affiliate network (focus on LATAM, Asia, MENA).
— Work with direct partners and media buying teams to ensure a high-quality influx of traders.
— Set up a transparent analytics system and strict traffic quality control (LTV/Retention).
— Optimize conversion funnels, relying on the company’s strong brand and Alexander Gerchik’s reputation.

What we expect from the candidate:

Real experience: You have already built or scaled affiliate networks in Forex/CFD or related FinTech verticals (300+ FTD per month).

Your own network: You have direct access to top teams and media buyers. You don’t look for partners “through ads”; you know them personally.

Focus on LTV: You understand the difference between “driving traffic” and attracting quality traders. The ability to combat fraud is your basic skill.

Global mindset: Fluent English and experience working with GEO: LATAM, Asia, MENA.
