Role Overview:

We are looking for a Head of Marketing to lead the development and implementation of promotional strategies for our talents and creators across various platforms. The main objective is to achieve business goals by uniting a team that functions as a cohesive unit to meet set
KPIs. This role includes leading the creation of individualized strategies for each talent and
managing traffic channels.

Key Responsibilities:

● Traffic Channel Management: Oversee organic and paid channels, assessing their effectiveness and profitability for the company. Priority is given to organic traffic, with the effective use of paid channels when economically viable.
● Marketing Strategy Development: Create and implement tailored strategies for each talent, addressing their unique needs and objectives.
● Goal-Oriented and Independent: Take full responsibility for defining pathways to meet
department KPIs, making independent decisions to achieve set goals.
● Team Management: Lead and coordinate the team, ensuring unity and synchronization
to achieve shared results.
● Scaling: Ability to expand the team as needed to meet more ambitious goals.
● Analytics: Continuously analyze results and optimize traffic campaigns based on data
insights.
● Budgeting: Plan and manage the marketing budget to ensure efficient use of resources.

Requirements:

● Experience:
○ Working within teams of at least 50 people.
○ A minimum of 2 years in managerial roles within digital marketing/traffic.

● Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate the team and create an effective working
environment to meet KPIs.

● Comprehensive Knowledge of Digital Channels: Proficiency in paid and organic
channels, including grey traffic, to optimize results.

● Analytical Skills: Strong grasp of metrics and tools to assess effectiveness.

● Accountability for Results: Independent decision-making with a focus on achieving
KPIs
