About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced User Acquisition Manager with team lead experience who wants to make the next career step.

We’re looking for a person that:

— ambitious enough to scale our budgets to $1ml / month and higher acquisition from in 3X times astonishing experience in scaling consumer apps;

— experienced enough to apply strategies for different categories and product stages;

— curious enough to analyze and optimize our approach and processes within the User Acquisition department.

Key Tasks with hands-on work?

— Execute campaign creation & management on the biggest paid advertising platforms (Facebook, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.)

— Compile & analyze acquired data;

— Perform competitor research to improve clients’ performance;

— Participation in discussions and brainstorms of new ideas for different mobile products

Key Tasks as the Head of UA?

— Manage, train, and scale the User Acquisition Team;

— Collaborate with creative and product team;

— Build relationships with the main stakeholders of each project;

— Keep track of and performance of key performance metrics (CPA, ROI, Ad Spend)

— Look for new platforms and strategies to scale;

Skills and experience?

— Experience executing positive ROI campaigns of over $1m per year for subscription-based apps;

— 3+ years of experience in Media Buying / User Acquisition;

— Mobile Apps experience in the Tier-1 market;

— Operate efficiently in Google Sheets / BI;

— Upper-Intermediate English (min. B2);

— MMP & SKAN experience (setup, tracking);

— Strategic thinking and approach;

— Entrepreneurial spirit, willingness to take risks, and desire to develop

What your typical day will look like?

— Deep dives into analytics and user segmentation.

— Competitors’ research.

— Hypothesis generation, ideation.

— Collaboration with Marketing and creative production teams.

— Occasional presentations to stakeholders.
