We are looking for a Lead Generation Manager to work with different platforms (mainly with LinkedIn)


– Generation of clients through TOP platforms (Searching for new leads on Upwork, Linkedin, and other channels)
– Quick response and sending of proposals for request published.
– Writing outgoing/incoming messages.
– First communication with potential clients (presentation of services).
– Conducting communication and fixing agreements regarding calls and meetings with clients.
– Converting potential customers into calls and meetings with Sales Managers.
– Close cooperation with BizDev and Sales Team.
– Keeping statistics and reporting for each lead.

Our ideal candidate has:

– Commercial experience (outsourcing and outstaffing) in the role of Lead Generation Manager.
– Experience with CRM (preferably Pipedrive, NetHunt).
– Understanding the principles of the LinkedIn website.
– Knowledge of the principles, methods, techniques of sales and generation of potential customers.
– Understanding of software development processes
– Confident command of written English (from B1 and above).
– Knowledge of business correspondence, excellent communication and presentation skills.
– Ability to communicate with foreign clients.
– Ability to write quickly.
– We are looking for an active, self-motivated and result-oriented team member.

Will be a plus:

– Experience with CRM (preferably Pipedrive, NetHunt).
