We are looking for a PPC Specialist to become a significant part of our Marketing team 💚

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing our company’s overall PPC strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of PPC with a couple of years of experience and be looking for an opportunity to develop within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial organization.


Requirements:

• Proven Experience: 3 years in a PPC specialist role within the B2B segment, showcasing your ability to drive results.
• Technical Proficiency: Skilled in setting up and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Tool Mastery: Proficient with Facebook Pixel and Google Tag Manager.
• Analytical Skills: In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics, including goals, reports, and segment creation.
• Testing Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of A/B testing and statistical analysis.
Language Skills: Upper-intermediate English proficiency.


Responsibilities:

• Campaign Management: Set up and maintain advertising accounts across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Strategic Planning: Plan and manage brand awareness and lead generation campaigns across multiple channels.
• Optimization: Continuously optimize campaigns to identify opportunities and boost conversion rates and ROI.
• Budget and Performance Tracking: Track and manage budgets and campaign results, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
• Performance Reporting: Generate weekly and monthly reports to monitor, evaluate, and present campaign performance, analyzing trends and KPIs.
• Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with the latest PPC trends, ad releases, and optimization tools to enhance current and future initiatives.


Would be a plus:

• Experience with Twitter Ads will be a valuable asset.
• Knowledge and experience in the SaaS industry.
• Extensive experience using HubSpot for campaign management and optimization.
