Most of our clients are “hard-ground” businesses — companies with real operational complexity (finance + operations), where data lives across ERP/CRM systems, APIs, and Excel, and processes are not always perfectly documented. Your ability to understand business logic, ask the right questions, and structure requirements is key.

About the role

You will run end-to-end delivery for analytics/reporting solutions for international clients. Your mission is to lead discovery, align scope and milestones, translate business needs into clear requirements, and ensure the delivery of high-quality releases.
*Power BI hands-on development is not required — you will work with a BI delivery team.

Responsibilities

• Lead client communication: clarify needs, align expectations, document decisions, and manage scope.
• Run discovery: understand business processes, reporting pain points, data sources, and constraints.
• Own planning & delivery: estimates, timelines, milestones, risks, and change management.
• Translate business needs into a structured delivery package for the team (requirements, definitions, acceptance criteria) to enable smooth implementation and reduce rework.
• Control delivery flow: coordinate reviews, run demos, manage feedback loops, drive releases.
• Act as a quality gate: validate logic and calculations together with the team; ensure outputs match agreed definitions.

Requirements (must-have)

• 2+ years of experience in PM/BA/audit or similar roles (where you worked with requirements, stakeholders, and business logic).
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets (comfortable reviewing calculations and data logic).
• Understanding of CRM/ERP systems and how business data typically flows into reporting (conceptually).
• Ownership, proactivity, attention to detail, and the ability to work with large volumes of information.
• English: fluent spoken and written English for daily communication with US clients.*Important: this role includes regular calls/workshops/demos with English native speakers. If that format makes you feel consistently uncomfortable, this role likely won’t be the best match.

Nice to have

• Consulting or other client-facing delivery experience.
• Background in finance reporting / budgeting / controlling / variance analysis.
• Experience delivering BI/reporting projects

What success looks like

• Client clearly understands what will be delivered, when, and how progress is measured.
• The team has a clear scope and acceptance criteria, with minimal rework due to missing inputs.
• Solutions go live with correct business logic, consistent definitions, and predictable delivery quality.

• Working hours aligned with EST: start 12:00–14:00Kyiv time
• Salary: $2000–2800 (USD) + bonus + growth opportunities

Your task is to outline which reports/insights you would prioritize first and what additional clarifying questions you’d ask. No special tools required — we’re mainly looking at your structured thinking and business logic.
