Responsibilities:

— Optimization of business processes.
— Understanding business and customer needs.
— Ensuring product completeness.
— Development of program vision and roadmap.
— Management and prioritization of tasks.
— Defining releases and program increments.
— Guiding sessions with the Product team for feature presentations, monitoring their implementation by developers (quality and deadlines).
— Preparing and providing comprehensive project reporting.
— Regular monitoring of the quality of work performed by existing developers.
— Monitoring the achievement of set goals and timely revising the strategy if necessary.
— Setting tasks for specialists and monitoring the timely and high-quality completion of work.
— Overseeing the quality and timing of work, ensuring timely notification of internal clients in case of changes in deadlines.
— Maintaining required reporting.
— Optimization and development of projects and work processes.
— Regular backlog grooming with the Product team.
— Risk management.


Required Experience:

— Understands the problems and needs of the customer.
— A strong understanding of product management principles and methodologies.
— Adaptability and flexibility.
— Strategic thinking.
— Strong communication and analytical skills.
— Ability to identify and solve problems effectively.
— Experience in B2B or SaaS environments.


Grade Skills & Skill Level:

— Knowledge of standard product management tools specified by project needs (Jira, Confluence, Miro, etc.).
— Ability to determine the ideas that should be worked on.
— Understanding the User journey.
— Develops the program vision and roadmap.


Leadership:

— Communicates clearly in 1:1 meetings.
— Participates actively in group meetings.
— Ability to influence and persuade people.
— Leads and facilitates team meetings.
— Writes and gives short presentations independently.
— Leads effective brainstorming sessions with others.


Functional Requirements:

— Management and prioritization of workflow.
— Reactively solves problems with other departments.
— Follows the implementation and delivery schedule.
— Understanding of business principles, including revenue, profitability, and customer acquisition.
— Brainstorms constructively with others.


Cross-Functional Requirements:

— Articulates business logic to technical departments.
— Anticipates implementation challenges with a particular proposal.
— Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, sales, and others.


Language Skills Requirement:

— Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level.
