We are looking for a Project Manager!

Experience:

• Developed communication skills with experience in client interactions;
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and MS Office;
• English proficiency at an Intermediate level or higher;
• 1 to 1.5 years of experience as a project manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in pre-sales activities, acting as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, and gathering project requirements through detailed discussions and meetings;
• Analyze project and client-specific needs, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility;
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of project requirements, scope, and changes, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned;
• Implement and manage Kanban or Scrum methodologies within the technical team to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery;
• Oversee the creation and management of reports detailing the technical team’s progress, ensuring transparency and accountability;
• Organize and facilitate task management, planning sessions, and retrospectives, driving continuous improvement and alignment with project goals;
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies;
• Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates, and preparing and presenting reports on project progress.
