Head of Retention

— Own retention strategy for the new desk

— Impact product and business metrics

— Lead and scale the retention direction

Retention Manager

— Execute and optimize retention mechanics

— Work with CRM / segmentation / campaigns

— Analyze and improve retention metrics

Must:

• Crypto / Forex / Investment experience

• 2+ years commercial exp

• Relevant exp after 2022

• Trading product economics

• EU markets
