We invite you to work as a Sales Manager at Bookimed.
Responsibilities:
- Processing of incoming requests from patients seeking treatment abroad.
- Communicate and interact with patients through various channels (chat/phone/email).
- Working with the CRM system: filling in patient requests to create patient profiles.
Mandatory skills:
- English B2 and above.
- Work with the CRM system.
- Strong communication skills: ability to persuade, negotiate with patients and partner clinics, and argue the benefits of medical packages.
- Empathy and the ability to work with challenging patients.
- Willingness to communicate with patients outside of working hours.
- Proactivity, a desire to develop both financially and professionally.
Nice to have:
- Medical education/experience/practice.
- Understanding of demand and the ability to select the most suitable offers.
