About the company:

VEC-UA is the official Ukrainian branch of the American company VEC, working in the field of BIM / VDC (Virtual Design & Construction) and Virtual Engineering for international projects (mainly US and EU markets). We are currently at the stage of active growth and scaling, and recruitment is one of our key priorities for 2026.


🚀 Why we’re hiring

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter who will take ownership of recruitment processes, analyze the current hiring funnel, build a scalable recruitment strategy, and drive strong hiring results. This role combines strategy + execution. Currently, we have 1 recruiter in the team, and we are strengthening the recruitment function with a senior-level specialist.

🎯 Responsibilities

Recruitment Strategy & Process Improvement

— Audit and analyze the current recruitment process and funnel
— Build and improve a scalable recruitment strategy for business growth
— Optimize hiring workflow and recruitment stages
— Improve key recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, conversion rates, quality of hire)

Full-cycle Recruitment

— Manage full-cycle hiring for key positions (BIM/engineering roles + other business-critical vacancies)
— Conduct HR interviews and coordinate hiring stages
— Prepare job offers and support the hiring process from sourcing to onboarding

Hiring Managers Collaboration

— Work closely with hiring managers to clarify requirements and hiring priorities
— Create structured hiring frameworks (scorecards, interview questions, evaluation criteria)

Talent Pipeline & Sourcin

— Build and maintain stable talent pipelines
— Proactive sourcing via LinkedIn, Djinni, referrals, databases, etc.
— Improve sourcing strategy and candidate experience

Recruitment Analytics

— Track recruitment metrics and funnel performance
— Provide insights and improvements based on data

Requirements

— 3+ years of recruitment experience (preferably IT / engineering / international hiring)
— Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, Djinni, databases, proactive outreach)
— Experience in improving or building recruitment processes
— Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
— Analytical mindset and ability to work with recruitment funnel metrics
— English level: Intermediate+ (B1—B2)

— Experience hiring engineering / technical specialists
— Experience in scaling teams or fast-growing companies
— Experience in recruitment process audit and optimization
