The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies across multiple channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media).
  • Actively source and engage top talent, building strong relationships with potential candidates.
  • Craft compelling job descriptions that accurately reflect the role and company culture.
  • Post job openings on relevant platforms and optimize job postings for maximum visibility.

Recruitment Process:

  • Screen candidates through resume reviews, phone interviews, and video interviews.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate fit and qualifications.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
  • Extend offers and negotiate compensation packages.
  • Manage the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.

Recruitment Operations:

  • Track and analyze key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate).
  • Implement data-driven strategies to optimize recruitment processes and improve efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, providing guidance and support throughout the hiring process.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

HR:

  • Handle onboarding and offboarding procedures.

What You’ll Bring:

  1. Proven success story in product company recruitment.
  2. Strong track record in both volume hiring and executive search.
  3. Experience working independently and building processes from scratch.
