Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

• Develop and execute social media strategies specifically for LinkedIn/ Instagram/ Tiktok
• Create, schedule, and publish content across various social media platforms.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize strategies.
• Ability to work with several target audiences in parallel
• Engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and manage online reputation.

Content Creation:

• Design and produce high-quality visual content, including graphics, videos, and illustrations.
• Develop engaging and shareable content that aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop new ideas for social media content.

Video Production:

• Create compelling video content for social media, including short clips, tutorials, and explanatory videos.
• Edit and optimize videos for various platforms ensuring high quality and engagement.

Web Design:

• Assist in the design and maintenance of our website to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Work with web development teams to integrate social media content and campaigns into the website.

What you bring:

• Proven experience as an SMM Manager and Content Creator, particularly with LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Strong portfolio showcasing video production, graphic design, and illustration skills.
• Experience in web design and maintenance.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Open to implementing AI and new tools on the market.

As a plus:

• Familiarity with SEO and web traffic metrics.
• Knowledge of marketing trends and techniques.
