Requirements:

— 5+ years in SMM/content marketing for B2B brands

— Experience with a high-intensity B2B brand serving a broad market (multi-segment / multi-market), not a narrow enterprise niche

— Strong LinkedIn expertise (content formats, growth, employee advocacy, thought leadership) — must

— Experience in other social channels relevant to B2B distribution (X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.)

— Proven ability to run large content projects and scale content production

— Hands-on experience with localization/multi-language workflows

— Strong English C1, strong stakeholder management

— Background from content agencies or large content platforms/media (e.g., TradingView-like, Traders Union-like) is a strong plus

Responsibilities:

— Own B2B SMM strategy and execution for B2B products (primary: LinkedIn; secondary: other channels)

— Build a multi-market content system: content pillars, calendar, distribution, localization process

— Create and manage content projects that scale (series, formats, recurring rubrics)

— Coordinate with product marketing, sales, PR, and design/video to deliver GTM communication

— Develop LinkedIn playbooks: company page growth, executive/employee advocacy, thought leadership support

— Track performance, insights, and iterate based on data
