Job Description:

As an Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their satisfaction. You will collaborate with our internal teams to deliver top-notch digital marketing solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

 • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.

 • Understand client needs and objectives, and translate them into effective digital marketing strategies as well as tasks for the internal team.

 • Collaborate with the PPC specialists to monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights, recommendations for optimization and weekly reports to the cleint. 

 • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., SEO, content, analytics) to ensure timely and successful delivery of services.

 • Ensure the quality of deliverable to the client eg. check the wording, and designs, and control the execution by the team. 

 • Utilize strong organizational skills to manage project timelines and deliverables.

 • Demonstrate empathy and understanding towards client concerns and work proactively to address them.

 • Be able to collect feature requests and development tasks in an organized manner. Be able to assign priorities for the sprint. 

Qualifications:

 • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

 • 2+ years of experience in Marketing, Analytics, and SEO. Understanding Software Development is a plus.

 • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

 • Excellent time management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.

 • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

 • Highly organized and detail-oriented.

 • Empathetic and customer-focused, with a knack for understanding client needs and building lasting relationships.
