Overview

Our customer is building an AI-native product development platform that empowers teams to design, prototype, and deploy AI-driven applications faster than ever. To accelerate their roadmap, they are looking for a seasoned Senior UX/UI Designer who thrives in ambiguity, moves quickly, and loves wearing multiple hats.

You’ll shape the end-to-end experience of their platform — from agentic AI workflows to developer tools, dashboards, onboarding, and interactive demos. This role blends product design, systems thinking, visual design, AI-accelerated creativity, and storytelling. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, product, and marketing to bring clarity, polish, and velocity to everything they ship.

Required Skills & Tools:

• Expert in Figma + FigJam for UI design, prototyping, and design systems.
• Strong proficiency in Framer and Webflow.
• Experience with Maze or similar usability testing tools.
• Strong graphic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Affinity.
• Ability to create templates for Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
• Experience designing for AI applications, agentic AI interfaces, and developer-facing tools.
• Ability to create interactive videos and demos using Synthesia, Descript and Guideflow.
• Hands-on experience with AI video generation tools (Sora 2, VEO 3.1, Kling 3.0, ByteDance).
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools (Figma AI, UX Pilot, Emergent, Moonchild).

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with AI visual tools (Firefly, Midjourney, Runway).
• Experience with design-to-code tools (Lovable, v0, etc.).
• Motion design or micro-interaction experience.
• Experience designing for technical audiences (developers, data teams, AI practitioners).
• Understanding of LLMs, agent frameworks, or AI workflow orchestration.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of UX/UI design experience, ideally in a startup or high-velocity environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design and multi-hat versatility.
• Ability to work autonomously, make decisions with incomplete information, and iterate quickly.
• Strong understanding of the Audience Archetypes and Accessibility Best Practices
• Comfortable collaborating with product, marketing and technical teams to simplify complex systems.

English level: Upper-Intermediate

Responsibilities:

• Lead UX/UI design for our AI product development platform, including agentic workflows, model configuration interfaces, dashboards, and collaboration tools.
• Translate complex AI concepts into intuitive, human-centered experiences.
• Build and maintain a scalable design system in Figma, optimized for rapid iteration and engineering handoff.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for web apps and AI-driven features.
• Conduct usability testing using Maze or similar AI-assisted tools to validate flows and reduce friction.
• Produce interactive prototypes using Framer and Webflow for product validation and marketing.
• Use AI video-generation tools such as Sora 2, VEO 3.1, Kling 3.0, and ByteDance video models to create motion concepts, onboarding animations, product explainers, and interactive demo assets.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure design feasibility and smooth implementation.
• Use AI-assisted design tools (Figma AI, UX Pilot, Emergent) to accelerate exploration and iteration.
• Create brand-aligned graphics, iconography, and visual assets for product and marketing.
• Design templates for Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and internal documentation.
• Support GTM with launch decks, social assets, thumbnails, and campaign visuals using Canva and Adobe tools.
• Develop interactive demos and product tours or tutorials using Synthesia, Guideflow or similar tools.
• Work closely with PMs, engineers, and founders to define requirements and shape product direction.
• Document UX decisions, specs, and content guidelines in tools like Notion.
• Participate in sprint planning and design QA using Jira or Linear.
• Collaborate asynchronously via Slack or MS Teams or Google Meet with design integrations.
