We’re looking for a creative AI Video Creator to help us produce short videos for an international audience. You’ll work alongside an AI automation specialist: generating ideas and scripts, developing hooks and CTAs, create AI-generated content, prepare materials for production, and—together with the team—test new formats and analyze the results.

Вимоги
- Practical experience working with AI tools for generating videos, images, avatars, and voiceovers
- Experience working with fal.ai, Runway, Kling, Pika, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, or similar tools
- Experience creating and editing short vertical videos
- Understanding of the principles of strong hooks, CTAs, and the structure of short videos
- Experience testing creative concepts using the hypothesis → launch → metrics → conclusion approach
- Ability to describe the content creation process in a way that allows for automation
- Independence, systematic approach, and results-oriented mindset
- English—Intermediate+
Обов'язки
- Create scripts, content plans, and the structure of short videos
- Generate AI-generated videos, images, avatars, and characters
- Edit and adapt vertical videos for Shorts, Reels, and TikTok
- Create and test hooks, CTAs, and various content formats
- Work with lip-sync, dubbing, voice-overs, and subtitles
- Record and edit the necessary video footage
- Prepare step-by-step instructions for automating the video creation process
- Review finished videos after automated assembly
- Analyze test results and adjust the approach based on metrics
- Localize content for English-speaking and other international audiences
