RoBeauty is a Ukrainian skincare brand with its own laboratory and manufacturing facilities and over 200,000 customers. We are expanding our PR efforts and collaborations with bloggers.
Вимоги
- Experience independently building regular PR newsletters from scratch (at least 100 emails per month for at least 3 consecutive months) or a paid ambassador program (at least 5 contracted authors).
- At least 5 years of experience managing a team and working with contractors.
- Ability to quantify results in monetary terms: cost per post, publication, and view.
- Knowledge of the Ukrainian Instagram and TikTok blogger market, and experience working with blogger agents.
- Knowledge of advertising disclosure rules in Ukraine.
Обов'язки
- Setting up and managing three-tier PR email campaigns: top-tier mailings for major bloggers, mid-tier and basic mailings for smaller content creators
- weekly mailing waves.
- Selecting creators, coordinating partnerships, and monitoring posts and unboxing videos.
- Building a paid network of brand ambassadors and in-house creators: contracts, content guidelines, and a bonus system.
- Working with thought leaders (cosmetologists, experts) and influencers.
- Measuring effectiveness: cost per box, post, and view
- Selecting the best videos for advertising in collaboration with the performance team.
- Hiring PR newsletter coordinators, working with packaging contractors.
- Subsequently—launching an affiliate program through CPA networks and SERM.
- Weekly reporting to the CMO.
