Role: Create engaging short-form content and interactive features for a U.S. audience on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, X (Twitter), and others. Full-time remote position at the Permanent Virtual Video Office (cameras on and screen sharing during work hours). 5/2 schedule, 9:00 AM–7:00 PM GMT+3 (1-hour lunch break + three 15-minute breaks). We are looking for a hands-on contributor, not just a manager who delegates tasks.

The goal is not just to manage social media accounts, but to build an active, viral community around the product; they are looking for a hands-on content creator who writes, plans, and produces content independently.
Вимоги
- 2+ years of experience in SMM with proven case studies and metrics (growth in reach, engagement, followers, or traffic)
- Hands-on experience independently managing commercial accounts (not just coordinating a team)
- High level of English (B2+ or higher) for writing culturally relevant content for the U.S. market
- Fluent Russian for internal communication
- Deep understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and X algorithms, and the ability to explain why a post succeeded or failed
- Proficiency in using Meta Business Suite, GA4, Bitly/Linktree, and advanced SMM analytics tools
- A portfolio or links to active accounts/case studies is required (applications without examples will not be considered)

- Managing and developing the brand’s official pages on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), YouTube Shorts, and Telegram
- Developing and implementing SMM strategies and daily content plans tailored to a U.S. audience
- Writing concise and engaging posts, hooks, ad copy, and strong calls to action in native English
- Conceptualizing and launching viral contests, giveaways, quizzes, promotions, and interactive features for the community
- Community management: responding to comments and messages to maintain audience engagement
- Preparing clear technical briefs for designers and video editors, ensuring quality control and adherence to deadlines
- Analytics and testing: tracking reach, engagement, CTR, subscriber growth, and link clicks
- Continuous testing of formats, hooks, and posting times
- Compliance with platform rules, advertising policies, and responsible gaming principles

- Practical skills in using CapCut, Canva, Figma, Photoshop, ChatGPT, Midjourney, or Stable Diffusion
- Understanding of advertising restrictions and regulations for casino/sweepstakes products
