We are looking for a People Operations Specialist to work in a hybrid format from our Warsaw office, who will help develop the People Operations function and turn the company’s ambitious plans into real achievements. RiseGuide is scaling rapidly: we have a team of over 100 people, three offices (Warsaw, Kyiv, Lviv), and remote employees.

Вимоги
- Experience working with HRMS systems (PeopleForce, HiBob, or others)
- Understanding of complex employee lifecycle processes
- Excellent communication skills
- High stress tolerance and adaptability to change
- Strong project management skills, attention to detail, proactivity, and perseverance
- A systematic approach to work and critical thinking
- Proficiency in Polish at the B1 level or higher
Обов'язки
- Systematize and improve the onboarding process, scale best practices, and create a first-class onboarding process
- Maintain high standards for employee lifecycle management, including operational support for completing probationary periods and conducting regular performance reviews
- Work with HRMS: administer PeopleForce, populate data, configure settings, generate reports from the system, etc.
- Customize HR Operations processes for a team spread across two offices (Warsaw and Kyiv) and remote locations
- Handle various HR inquiries (health insurance, compensation and benefits, administrative matters)
- And much more—including plenty of interesting challenges!
