The company is growing and is looking for someone to take charge of hiring and help build the HR function. The main focus of the role is to understand the team’s needs, find and attract top talent, organize the selection process, and support candidates through their onboarding and probationary period. We’ll start with a 2–3-month project-based collaboration with an agreed-upon scope and monthly plan; after that, there’s a possibility of transitioning to full-time employment and expanding the role toward HR.

Вимоги
- At least 5 years of experience in recruiting or HR, where hiring was your direct responsibility.
- Hands-on experience filling technical and manufacturing positions, with an understanding of the differences between candidate specialties and skill levels.
- Experience proactively searching for and attracting talent.
- Examples of creative hiring solutions that yielded tangible results.
- Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously, negotiate priorities, and see projects through to completion.
- Flexibility: willingness to quickly switch between job openings and priorities and to work in environments where processes are still being established.
- Proficiency with digital recruiting tools and willingness to maintain a shared candidate database.

- Clarify the requirements with the manager and technical specialists, and develop the candidate profile and job posting.
- Independently conduct a search for a specific role, reach out to the right people, and engage them in a conversation.
- Explore new approaches when standard search methods fail to yield results, test them, and adjust your strategy based on the data.
- Conduct initial interviews, assess whether candidates match the profile, evaluate their motivation and expectations, and provide a well-reasoned recommendation for the next stage.
- Organize interviews with the team, gather feedback, and follow up on agreements until the candidate joins the company.
- Help build a hiring system: the hiring funnel, sourcing channels, salary market analysis, and onboarding of new hires.
- Maintain a well-organized database of candidates and statuses, track progress without reminders, and proactively notify stakeholders of challenges while suggesting next steps.

- We are open to remote work, but the ability to work on-site in Cherkasy would be a big plus.
- Availability for meetings between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. Kyiv time (approximately three meetings per week).
- Prompt response to urgent work-related messages, particularly in the evenings and on weekends (such requests are rare).
- Compensation: base rate plus a bonus based on the results of an agreed-upon monthly plan.
- Direct interaction with management and specialists involved in the selection process.
- Contract-based collaboration with the signing of an NDA.
