About the role: We’re looking for a motivated Product Designer who will play a key role in shaping our digital product experience. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams—product management (with a clear path to becoming a Product Owner), engineering, and marketing—to create intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and user-centered designs. Your work directly influences how customers interact with our products and services.

Вимоги
- 3+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Figma (auto-layout, components, efficient workflows) and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills in creating and maintaining designs.
- Experience with prototyping tools and usability testing methods.
- A solid understanding of front-end principles.
- Ability to prioritize business needs, UX, and technical feasibility.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent English.
Обов'язки
- Design interfaces and user experiences for web and mobile applications.
- Increase conversion rates, user retention, and engagement through design solutions.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gain insights.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering to ensure implementation.
- Maintain and enhance the design system, ensuring brand consistency.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, tools, and best practices.
