Senior Sales — AI Solutions & Consulting. Responsible for the full sales cycle of AI services and consulting, working with international clients, preparing business cases and presentations for C-level audiences, managing the sales funnel in CRM, and collaborating with the technical team to prepare proposals and pilot projects.

Вимоги
- 3+ years of experience selling IT services (preferably in the enterprise sector, consulting, or complex solutions)
- Understanding of IT fundamentals and AI concepts
- Ability to clearly articulate the value of technology to businesses
- Knowledge of SPIN selling and Account-Based Selling (ABS)
- Proficiency in using CRM systems
- Ability to create high-quality presentations
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Fluency in Russian and English (English is essential for working with international clients)
- Higher education (preferred but not required): computer science, information systems, or IT management
Обов'язки
- The full sales cycle for AI services and consulting: from lead generation and qualification to contract signing
- In-depth analysis of the client’s business model, processes, and pain points (discovery)
- Development of customized value propositions and business cases (including ROI justifications) for decision-makers—CTOs, CIOs, and business unit leaders
- Preparing and delivering presentations and demonstrations to C-level audiences
- Applying SPIN and Account-Based Selling (ABS) methodologies with key clients
- Driving sales growth in Azerbaijan, CIS countries, and international markets
- Managing deals and the sales pipeline in CRM with accurate forecasting
- Collaborating with the technical team to prepare proposals and pilot projects
