Вимоги
- 5+ years of experience in social media management and content creation
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Hands-on experience in creating high-performing social content
- Practical experience using video editing tools (Capcut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut or a similar program) and image/graphic editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator or a similar program)
- Strong understanding of global audiences, especially EU and US markets
- Ability to think strategically while staying execution-focused
- Experience in fast-paced, high-output content environments

- Work with a team of social media managers and video editors
- Define and execute global social media strategies across multiple brands
- Translate brand and business goals into scalable content systems
- Oversee content planning, production, and performance across platforms
- Ensure consistent quality, tone, and positioning across all markets
- Analyze performance and continuously optimize content and strategy
- Collaborate with internal teams (brand, performance, retail) to actively support and enable sales through social media
- Drive the integration of AI into content creation workflows
