We are looking for an SEO Affiliate Manager to scale SEO traffic and develop the affiliate ecosystem in international markets. The role involves recruiting and managing SEO affiliates, negotiating affiliate terms (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid), analyzing traffic, ensuring quality control, and working closely with BI, CRM, and product teams to improve conversion rates and player retention.

Вимоги
- 3+ years of practical experience in iGaming affiliate marketing
- An active network of SEO affiliates and webmasters, which the candidate must bring with them
- Proven track record of success in various markets, including the highly regulated UK and Italy, as well as the fast-growing regions of Southeast Asia (SG, MY, PH), LATAM, and MENA
- In-depth understanding of SEO metrics and the ability to use tracking/analytics platforms to assess traffic quality
- High-level negotiation skills with a focus on mutually beneficial partnership structures
- English proficiency at the Upper-Intermediate level (B2+) or higher
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, results-oriented environment.

- Identify, recruit, and onboard top-tier SEO affiliates and media buying teams
- Conduct strategic negotiations and secure favorable CPA, RevShare, and hybrid deals that deliver the company’s target ROI
- Maintain and develop long-term partnerships by providing the tools and incentives needed for scaling
- Analyze traffic data to maximize ROI and ensure high-quality player acquisition and long-term value
- Proactively monitor traffic quality, ensuring strict adherence to brand guidelines and anti-fraud protocols
- Work closely with BI, CRM, and long-term product teams to improve conversion funnels and player retention
- Rapidly scale SEO traffic in key regions: DACH, CA, IT, SG, MY, PH, TR, Morocco, and the United Kingdom
