As an affiliate manager in the SMS division, you will be responsible for partner relationships in the Health vertical, focused primarily on the U.S. market. The main goals are to increase revenue from existing partners and attract new ones. You will be the face of EPC Network for our partners: a confident, presentable professional who understands American business, communicates naturally with American counterparts, and builds trust for long-term partnerships.

Вимоги
- 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or business development in performance marketing.
- Proven experience working with partners in the U.S. market (experience in the UK, Germany, Denmark, or other Western markets is also relevant).
- In-depth understanding of affiliate ecosystems and partner networks (e.g., ClickBank, BuyGoods, MaxWeb, Digistore24).
- High level of spoken and written English (B2/C1), confidence in live calls and negotiations without scripts.
- Understanding of U.S. business culture and communication style: direct, fast-paced, and results-oriented.
- Confident, presentable, and professional demeanor
- comfortable in front of the camera and during high-stakes conversations.
- Strong negotiation skills and a business-oriented mindset.
- Proven experience in retaining and developing existing accounts and securing new partnerships.
- High level of responsibility and a results-oriented approach.

- Manage and grow the portfolio of existing affiliate partners in the Health vertical, primarily in the U.S. market, by increasing the volume, quality, and revenue from each partnership.
- Proactively seek out, pitch, and onboard new partners, networks, and advertisers to expand the vertical.
- Manage the Health vertical end-to-end and serve as the primary point of contact for partners in this niche.
- Negotiate commercial terms, including CPA rates, caps, and payouts, to maximize efficiency and margins.
- Communicate daily with partners via phone calls, video meetings, voice messages, Slack, Telegram, and email, maintaining prompt responses and a professional tone.
- Work with a partial overlap with U.S. business hours to be available when partners need you.
- Represent EPC Network at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings.
- Monitor partner performance, identify growth opportunities and risks in a timely manner, and take appropriate action.
- Collaborate with the media buying, compliance, analytics, and finance teams to align results and strategy.
- Actively drive the growth and scaling of the SMS affiliate marketing division.
