We are looking for a Content Marketing Manager to join our team and take responsibility for key content and marketing initiatives across various channels. The role involves creating content strategies, developing a personal brand, and coordinating marketing projects. You will work closely with the marketing team, leadership, and CX experts to facilitate both the execution and planning of content-driven initiatives.

- Experience in content marketing, social media marketing (SMM), or a similar role
- Extensive experience using LinkedIn as a marketing and communications channel
- Ability to create clear, engaging B2B content in English
- A structured and proactive approach to managing multiple initiatives
- Experience working in a team and coordinating cross-functional tasks

- Plan and execute content initiatives aligned with the overall marketing strategy
- Manage and develop the personal brands of key team members on LinkedIn
- Create and oversee the production of content in various formats (posts, videos, etc.)
- Coordinate content workflows with internal stakeholders and external contributors
- Maintain outreach and communication with target audiences and industry experts
- Promote the company’s presence on external platforms and directories
- Participate in the preparation of marketing initiatives (events, awards, campaigns)
- Track content performance and provide insights for improvement
