We need a Finance Associate who can help us own the day-to-day financial operations: keeping ad spend reconciled, the monthly close clean and on time, and the numbers ready for leadership to act on.

Вимоги

• 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, bookkeeping, FP&A, or a similar analytical/operational finance role
• Experience reconciling digital advertising / media spend
• Experience with QBO and spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets)
• High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership over accuracy and timeliness
• Ability to work at pace, manage daily recurring deadlines, and juggle multiple workstreams
• Proactive, clear communicator — you flag issues early rather than letting them sit
• Native or fluent English, with strong written and verbal communication
• Comfortable in a fully remote, fast-moving environment with significant async communication (Slack)

Обов'язки

• Daily reconciliations for ad accounts.** You'll own the daily reconciliation of ad spend across our Business Managers and accounts, keeping the ad accounts database accurate, complete, and up to date so Finance and Asset Support always have a reliable source of truth.
• Monthly close. You'll support a clean, accurate, and on-time monthly close across payments, payroll, revenue, and vendor activity.
• Financial analysis. You'll turn reconciled, accurate data into clear analysis that supports decision-making.
