We are looking for a Senior SEO Specialist to join our partner team, who will develop one of the project’s websites and explore new avenues for its growth. You’ll join an experienced SEO team and work together to improve traffic metrics. We take a data-driven approach, and you’ll have access to a wealth of data to inform your decision-making: player behavior analysis, competitor audits, and forecasts that will help you navigate the competitive iGaming landscape. The ideal candidate has extensive prior SEO experience, is metrics-driven, and has a track record of success in Tier-1 markets within the niches where they’ve worked.

- Proven track record of successfully working with large websites containing 5,000+ pages.
- Experience promoting websites in Tier-1 markets and a portfolio of successful case studies.
- Experience working with global websites (multi-geo + multilingual).
- Proficiency with SEO tools at an expert level.
- Ability to conduct comprehensive website audits, competitor analysis, and niche analysis.
- Strong technical SEO and project management skills, including the ability to prioritize goals and assign tasks to the development team.
- Experience building websites from scratch with a focus on SEO, and an understanding of the entire “website as a project” development cycle.
- Adaptability to changes in search results and the ability to test new approaches to promotion in light of search engine updates.

- Independently develop practical action plans to achieve traffic goals, followed by coordination and approval by the SEO lead.
- Work in synergy with the team’s SEO specialists to achieve the project’s overall goals.
- Identify high-potential growth areas for the website and increase traffic and conversions in new website segments.
- Plan and manage the SEO budget.
- Conduct regular competitor and niche analyses to formulate SEO hypotheses and make effective decisions.
- Formulate hypotheses and oversee testing

- Implement non-standard approaches and conduct experiments.
- Coordinate collaboration with content managers and link builders.
- Collaborate within the team with specialists from other areas: developers, the product team, designers, PMs, and others.
