We are looking for a CEO who will complete the transformation, establish a management system commensurate with the scale of the business, and serve as the sole point of accountability to the board and external partners.

A large technology company in the regulated online iGaming sector. The team consists of over 350 specialists; key product and operational functions are running smoothly, and the business has a strong C-level leadership team.
The company is now entering a new phase of development: the group’s structure is being transformed into three independent divisions. These consist of two Ukrainian business units with several brands and an international division in the early investment stage.
Вимоги
- 10+ years of management experience, including at least 3 years at the level of CEO, COO, Managing Director, Country Manager, or head of a major business unit.
- Experience managing an organization with 300 or more employees and a team of C-level executives.
- Experience in mature, system-level companies: e-commerce, marketplace, fintech, digital banking, telecom, technology, or other large B2C businesses.
- Proven experience in transformation, restructuring, or building an operational model.
- Strong financial management skills: P&L, budgeting, and plan-vs.-actual analysis.
- Experience working with the board, shareholders, and multiple stakeholders.
- Understanding of digital B2C: product, marketing, CRM, technology, and customer service.
- Experience interacting with Legal, Compliance, and regulatory authorities.
- Higher education (business, economics, finance, management, law, or IT). An MBA is a plus.
- Impeccable professional reputation.

- Develop a strategy in collaboration with the board of shareholders and ensure its implementation.
- Take full responsibility for business results: P&L, budget, and key KPIs.
- Lead the division of the business into three segments with clearly defined areas of responsibility.
- Establish a target operating model, organizational structure, and rules for interaction between business units.
- Build a system for regular management: goals, plan-vs.-actual analysis, and monitoring of decision implementation.
- Manage the C-level team (COO, Marketing, HR, PR, Finance, Legal, Information Security), evaluate and develop managers.
- Establish transparent management reporting and report regularly to the board.
- Transform shareholder initiatives into a managed execution system.
- Represent the company before banks, regulators, tax authorities, and partners.
- Monitor financial, legal, regulatory, and reputational risks.
