We are looking for a TikTok Media Buyer to join the IRON CLICK team and work on vertical lead generation (Finance, Personal Loans, Insurance).
You’ll be responsible for launching, analyzing, optimizing, and scaling ad campaigns on TikTok Ads, identifying profitable opportunities, and achieving a consistently positive ROI.
We provide all the necessary infrastructure: stable agency dashboards, unlimited 24/7 access across 20+ GEOs, high-quality offers, and the ability to scale ad budgets without artificial limitations.
The main goal of this role is to effectively drive traffic, identify profitable advertising opportunities, and scale advertising campaigns while ensuring steady growth in results.

- ️ 6–12 months of experience working with TikTok Ads, managing ad budgets of $20,000 or more per month.
- ️ Understanding of how TikTok works, ad campaign optimization, and moderation policies.
- ️ Ability to work with analytics and metrics, cut out unprofitable campaigns, and identify and scale profitable ones.
- ️ High level of self-organization, keen insight, and a willingness to actively test new approaches.
